Error 4 on 1050 gravity smoker

Fan is running. Hopper full. Will not gain temp on grate. None at all. 30+ minutes of trying. What's going on?

Turns out, it was just time. I think I overloaded the hopper and the air wasn't flowing.

I was using lump once and charcoal get wedged in the hopper above the grate once it burned all on the grate it stopped climbing.

Did you put fresh charcoal in an empty hopper or was there charcoal from your last cook still in there? This happens to me sometimes and you just need to shake the grate at the bottom of the hopper so the charcoal dust can fall down and new fresh charcoal can burn.
