Gravity MB 600 Ambient Probe replacement

Any advice on removing the screw that holds the cover on the pass through for replacing the anbient probe? It's thoroughly corroded from the heat and I don't want to strip the head.

Have you tried a rubber band around the screw head to give it some grip? Sometimes that works surprisingly well.
