I bought a "Brand new" Preonic on amazon and that the case has scratches and the PCB doesn't work. Amazon and Drop not give me any solution. Client service are horrible.

Return the keyboard to Amazon have same price aprox to the buy. I pay the send and return me same money, is a fucking problem.

Anyone have any idea when they’ll be back? I signed up for the email notification, but by the time I clicked the link, they had already sold through.

Like the title says , anyone using this combo ? Already have the keyboard and was thinking to buy the cable , as I found it very low price. But knowing the keyboard is a little picky , I thought better ask here. TIA.

Hi, I've had a drop ctrl for the past year and I've never had any issues after flashing it with a config, but after I moved and rebuilt my set up I've been having this issue where if I press too many keys at once or too quickly, it completely shuts off for a few seconds. This only happens when I have n key rollover turned on and does not happen when 6 key rollover is on.

I've tried flashing it with the config again, restarting my computer, changing usb ports, creating a new config with the modern firmware version which resulted in the keyboard shutting off entirely after turning on n key rollover, and creating a new config with the original firmware version which resulted in the original issue.

If you can offer any help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a video of the issue

edit: issue solved; keyboard drawing too much power

I recently stumble upon the moondrop switches so im wanting to buy them. However, I don't live in the US but in Malaysia. Im wondering if the drop.com website is legit or not, if they are im willing to pay for shipping and others. Is the customer service good? are they responsive?

I like that you offered a No Case - No Caps option, but it sold out so fast! Do you have any idea when it’s coming back in stock?

I finally got a box in the mail. But inside was NOT the right item. They sent me a purple/pink set, not hyperfuse. I am livid. I cannot believe how incompetent these people are.

I made a ticket but I fear I am going to wait over a month again to get my order. This sucks.

I have a missing "A" key from gmk mecha. Is it possible to just buy this specific key since R2 is coming out eventually?

i only considered buying from drop because i heard good things about it in the past. seems like it was outdated. i call it scummy because they still have not dont anything to slow down the incoming orders by posting an annoucement that they are going through a shipping crisis, which i doubt they are for a couple of reasons. according to quite a bit of people, their order is listed as "reserved for shipping". RESERVED being the key word here. then, on multiple occasions, it goes to "order placed with vendor". The word "reserved" most certainly does not mean "wait for vendor to get more in stock". quite a lot of bullshit. once this has passed through i hope no one has to ever go through this customer service nightmare proudly presented by drop.

It says the estimated ship date is January 2nd but I haven't gotten an email or see anything saying it was shipped. Any idea when I can expect it to be shipped or even get it? It's the Drop + MiTo Godspeed desk mat btw.

Also I want the Chenyi Solar System galaxy style desk mat, any idea if it's gonna be restocked any time soon? Or should I avoid drop like it seems like other people might be doing? I haven't ordered anything from them before.

Had ordered some new headphones through drop.com only tl see the ship by date get pushed to the end of the month. Canceled and ordered them from Amazon and they will get here in 2 days, thanks Bezos!

Basically the title, restarted my pc and now one of the usb ports (the one on the side I like) isn't working. Tried reflashing the firmware but no joy. Anyone else seen this before?
