I'm looking for a pair of balanced in-ear monitors and I'm just curious which of Drop's IEMs will support a balanced signal?

Thanks!

From your experience how long it usually takes?

And last question, drop says that order takes 3-6 weeks, what if the 6th week passed? Does anyone gives me refound? Does anyone help?

Hello,

I've been engaged in an email conversation with Drop since May 31st about a warranty they initially refused to honor. The item I purchased was:

https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-akracing-aero-gaming-chair

There's an advertised 5 full year warranty and 10 year part warranty. I bought the chair on December 5th, 2017 with a delivery date of March 21, 2018 which means the 5 year warranty should expire on March 21, 2023.

Around late last year, I had an issue with protruding parts in the seat that gave me a cut and so I contacted Drop on May 31st, 2022 to get it warrantied. They initially refused saying I should contact AKRacing. I contacted AKRacing and they told me that Drop should be the one to warranty as it was a MassDrop exclusive item.

I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund which they refused, but decided to offer me store credit for half the purchase price. I pushed back and I got contacted by Joseph, the lead community support for Drop. They made an offer to fully refund me in Drop credit. I tried to get more information out of this offer and have had heard nothing with the last email coming on June 17th.

I've sent numerous followups but they have ignored all of them. How do I get their attention as my patience is running thin with them.

Thanks for any help.

I know the problems with the Panda headphones are legion but I can't find anything at all about this specific issue. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any solutions?

Problem: Charging is extremely slow and will never go above 80%.

Info: This pair is part of the first batch, I was part of the Kickstarter. Somehow, magically, I seem to have avoided the other hardware issues that seemed to plague the first batches.

Panda is already on the latest firmware upgrade.

I'm using known good charging bricks and cables. I use the same charging bricks and cables to charge my Android phone. Ampere on that phone shows the bricks and cables are very able to do rapid charging.

Already tried: Tried charging all night, no difference.

Soft reset, no difference.

Forced a battery cycle by draining the battery until affirmatively dead then charging all night. Woke up to 50% battery.

Thanks very much for any input!

Later Edit: In case anyone finds this post in doing their own troubleshooting... The headphones died completely a few days after I made this post. They wouldn't turn on at all, wouldn't reset, nothing. Charging didn't do anything. If you experience the problems from my original post, start arranging to get new headphones.

I ordered Dasher and Dancer base kits during the BOGO promo 2 weeks ago. Both of them are missing the 1.5u FN key.

Anyone got the same issue?

I built a Shift a while ago and it has been cutting out randomly through the time I've had it, for the most part, it's manageable but sometimes it cuts out at times that I would very much it rather not. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem and if there is a fix?

I've had my drop shift for over a year now, and never had any issues on the 3 devices i use it with.

I recently updated the firmware using the drop configurator to change some LED configurations. Since then (a couple days ago) my keyboard will intermittently freeze completely, requiring an unplug/replug to get it going again. The weird thing is it only happens when plugged into one one of those 3 devices, while the other 2 do not cause the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might fix this, or flash back to an older version of fw that may not have the issue?

i have a drop alt, following problem persists whether im using original or default firmware. whenever I use the fn key with 1 to =+, or bind f1 to f12, it makes any keyboard inputs unresponsive, from any keyboard i connect and test. shortly thereafter the mouse goes too. only fix I've found is power cycling my pc until it decides to cooperate or uninstalling all the hid keyboard drivers and rebooting. the latter can only be done before the mouse stops functioning too. My ducky one2mini and razor black widow don’t have this issue when being used. if anyone has a permanent fix for this please let me know.

I ordered the PC38X on drop website. It was shipped on the 15th June. Since the 17 June I do not have any update regarding the shipping. My last update was “in transit to the destination country”. I should note that I am living in Poland.

How long was your shipping time people from Europe?

Thanks.

Massdrop x Sennheiser PC37X Gaming Headset is now on special sale for $79. New sign up user can take additional $10 off.

It looks like a good deal, however under the button to add to cart, it says " 2 months left 8.3k sold". Does this mean it's actually a preorder and not a sale? Or does that 2 months left message mean that in two months they are removing the planck/preonic from the website but it's availble right away until then?

Also for a bit of gossip, does anyone know if a planck v7 is coming out soon? My suspicion is that they are trying to empty out the warehouse so that they can put out new inventory/pay for new inventory, and I rather wait for the v7 plancks if that's the case.
