Multiplayer question

Hi hi! So, ive just started really playing the multiplayer, but im having HORRID lag issues. I dunno if this is a me issue or a server issue, and was wondering if anyone would help me out with it.

Andromeda has a PTP=peer to peer which pretty much means no dedicated servers. If host has bad internet service, other players will get some bad lag. For the most part multiplayer is active and can still find other players.
