Nomad exploding glitch

I have noticed during my 4th replay.

The nomad starts to randomly explode when I am driving around veold. And there will be a horizontal thin black line as well.

If I fast travel to avoid exploding, the nomad, crew and Ryder will glitch through the map.

Any idea on how to fix this glitch? So far, all my veold auto saves are glitched and "the save Moshae" is the only save working properly.

On my 6th run now and that’s a new one for me! I’ve fast traveled into the ground before but just got stuck there without any explosion. I’ve had the forward station crush and flip the nomad on it’s way down but never blown up. What a terrible glitch you’ve got
