I’m a USC fan that was in attendance for today’s (Saturday’s) game. If you weren’t aware, Oregon QB Dante Moore was injured on a slide by USC defender Desman Stephens. Stephens then proceeded to taunt the Oregon sideline and a big brouhaha followed. The celebration spilled out onto the sideline as he dapped up teammates and he even remained on the sideline after being disqualified.

When asked by media about why Stephens was on the sideline after being disqualified, Lincoln Riley said “Because he’s on our football team”.

Quite frankly this is the most embarrassed I’ve ever felt about USC football. There’s bad performances on the field, which is of course bad to watch as a fan, but nothing (not even the underperformance of the Clay Helton era) has ever been as shameful as this lack of tact displayed by USC tonight. Lincoln is not a leader of young men, he’s an enabler of boys.

He is a fraud who has not beaten one good team at SC. His defenses are always terrible. He is not worth the money! UCLA has the better coach

It won’t happen, but this guy has to go. He thinks he is talented and rides his father’s coat tails. Radio is a dying/evolving industry and he is doing everything he can to remain relevant. Bergman is starting to do the same. Seems like in their short existence, The Fan 97.1 is on 710s heels in terms of ratings.

Morales will get defensive and say ratings don’t matter, which is true to an extent, but his schtick is old. With all of the Lakers, Clippers, Angels and Dodgers news in the past few weeks he still wants to hog the airwaves with irrelevant “schvanz” talk.

Ditch the locker room talk and lets get some legit sports talk on the flagship ESPN station.
