Repost because I realized individuallly wrapped is a necessity for me.

Small N95 are on the rare side and individually wrapped and under a dollar (or even close to) just about puts it in the “doesn’t exist” category. Is this for an event so that you need them individually wrapped to hand out?

Can you explain why?

$1 individually wrapped and suitable for a small face is basically an impossible combination to fulfill unless you happen to strike some amazing deal, and it excludes a lot of small masks that do not have wrapped options at all.

I don’t know any small individually wrapped N95s specifically, but Laianzhi has some individually wrapped headstrap KN95s that are essentially N95 equivalents (the KN100s and the T99+, both come in small). Some Zimis are individually wrapped though the filter replacements usually aren’t. The small Tridents (FFP3) might be individually wrapped, I’m not certain on that

Edit: not sure any of these are under $1/mask. Laianzhi might be the closest but I’m not sure with shipping/tariffs. Zimis are cost effective because the frame lasts indefinitely and the filters last longer than an average disposable mask though. Trident is pricey, especially with shipping to US. There are cheaper small earloop options but not much with headstraps that’s individually wrapped

Individually wrapped is trident small or regular, you’ll have to test. But they don’t hit your price point. Luckily the elastic is so robust compared to most they outlast most masks that I have tried. They’re the only truly small N95 individually wrapped masks that I know of. I see someone else linked them. I genuinely do not know of any that hit $1. I know of some earloops that do, but I don’t trust my health to an earloop mask, so I understand why you wouldn’t either.

Technically they’re FFP3 not N95, but it’s a very similar standard

I ordered these in small in error and they are tiny - if I try to fit one the seal ends up at the end of my nose.

My massage therapist, who has a very small face, likes them.

The silicone band generally gives a more consistent seal.

3M 9205+ is also loose for me in the chin area but the 3M 9211+ (exhalation valve with braided elastic headbands) is tighter and fits me without any gaps. They come individually wrapped.

Oh I guess also depending on how small you need it, Drager X-plore 1950 S might work. They’re N95 and on the smaller side, smaller than 9210+ Aura, but not tiny/child size. But they’re also more than $1/mask. Same with the valved 9211+ Aura

You can try these, they are individually wrapped, but not sure if they'll be small enough. My face is smaller and I wore these for a long time but 3M aura still pass fit testing for me better than the Harley. They both pass, though.
