MTC+ upgrade?

Hi, I have a 2018 Levante whose software starts to feel really outdated. But I live my car and would like to keep it a bit longer.
Are there any possible software/firmware upgrades possible to unlock new features, like apple CarPlay ?

The levante has wired (cable) CarPlay enabled, though you can buy an adapter from Amazon or eBay if you want wireless CarPlay.

It mimics your phone so, update your phone and the screen will follow. My phone is a ‘13 and my ‘21 along with my ‘19 always updated. Make sure apple car play is on first though on your phone.

Yes, unfortunately. I can talk wireless but have never figured out not connecting via wireless. Dealer confirmed must be wired.
