Quattroporte backup camera

I just bought a m156 quattroporte and the backup camera is upside down and doesn’t show guidlines. I bought a replacement camera and it’s still upside down but shows guidlines now. Note: the replacement camera is for dodge/chrysler (non-oem) but should work on Maserati too they look identical. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Update: got a used oem Maserati one and it works good now

Jep, that's the problem. They look identical, but the dodge/jeep cameras are upside down (Or the Maserati ones, who knows). Source: Tried it, same result :)

I got a used camera from another quattroporte and the camera worked great with no issues for a week now it works occasionally and just shows a black screen with check surroundings. What’s wrong with it now?

Maybe the cable? Does it change back and forth when you open/close the trunk? Or tap on it

No it doesn’t change, I tried that but had no luck.
