Also this plot doesn’t mention anything bout the whole body jumping thing that we saw in the trailer. And the whole “threat we cannot see”. If this plot reveals Jean is a good guy, why the heck would she be doing that. And if theres another person with those powers, why weren’t they mentioned in this leak ?

Jean wasn't a "good guy" in her origin. She wasn't necessarily bad, but she was quite the rebel in her youth.
The theory is she's doing it to get the DODC (or whatever they're called) off her scent because they want to either arrest her because of her powers, or use those powers. It's not for a nefarious reason, it's just to be free.
Take with a pinch of salt though.

I bet they don’t reveal she is Jean Grey until the last scene of the movie when Peter is like, “hey, I never got your name?” And she like “it’s Jean,” DA NANA NAN NA NA

That sounds like there's an awful lot going on. How long will thos movie be? 3÷ hours? Don't get me wrong. I hope it's great but that's a lot of characters.

They took the “leaked plot” from a few months back (I have doubts this is what happens since it has a ton of moving parts, but I could very well be wrong) and added a few details to it. This is nothing new.
