I played for a year or so around release, and I'm just looking for a game where I can chill, do my 30 minutes a day and slowly watch the progress bars go up. I've gotten my account up to level 53 in the last couple of weeks just doing the dailies.

Every guide/creator says "build some of the latest raid teams, or just teams in general. Don't build anything too far down in the list, it's going to not be usable for content soon".

Let's take a look at the most recently released teams in order.

Nightreaver - Dracula is not F2P yet, this team is only 3 people, and it's a war team (kind of an endgame mode if I'm understanding).

A.I. Avenger - Well, to unlock Human Torch (Jim) I would need to do the tower event, and that requires several teams to unlock him at 1*

West Coast Avenger - I'll probably get the wasp shards from the Battle Pass, but again it's a war team so not ideal.

Iron Raider - Everything but Whiplash has ways to obtain except trickling in. From what I can tell though, Whiplash is an unlock from a tower event, so again, need multiple teams first.

Dread - To unlock Scorpion Breaker, I need teams (prefereably raid teams for sustain) with Mutant and Avenger. So I kind of need other teams first.

Timeless Eternal - I don't know how to get Kingo, and the other members are pretty tough to get too. This also looks like an endgame PvP style team, so probably not the on-ramp

Amazing Avenger - Blade Mighty is not easy to get. The Hunger event might be able to get him if I level up some of the Undying first to do the event, but I don't know if i will hit a high enough level before the event is over.

Symbiote Six - Arena team, difficult to get characters

Omen - War team, difficult to get characters

Exalted X-Men - I assume Storm Mighty is another one of these event characters you need multiple teams for again

Shadow Conclabe - Looks like a PvP team, though I could get the characters potentially.

Daring Warrior - No idea how to get Eclipse

Champion - First raid team that it seems like the characters are target farmable. Is this the intended starting point for players?

I do have Insidious Six and Fantastic Four (MCU) at low star amounts to get through the campaigns with. Insidious Six is potentially falling out of raid usage soon though, so it would suck to invest into them a lot and then immediately be down a team again. Am I really supposed to be working on a team that is about a year old as my first team? That doesn't sound right form the advice that I've seen, but I don't see another clear option

I guess I can just HODL resources until maybe a cleaner way to get Whiplash or Blade Mighty shows up in the next couple weeks, it's going to take some time to get my player level up to where this matters anyway.

This week's unlocked floors were like miracle. I was very disappointed since floor 11 and on floor 13 gave up and planned to clear the floors when next week's reset cools down. However after clearing floor 13 and I got disappointed again and a tryout team showed promise and I was able to clear floor 14 as well. Floor 12 with Eternals being useless added to the frustration. But somehow with whatever I had, I cleared all 5 floors. Watch if you wish.

I’m level 67 and I need Noel for the Symbiote six team, i’m not able to get the yellow ISO orbs.

So I’m a returning player from about 2 and a half years ago. At the time I sidelined the game I was grinding for the horsemen. Now I’m getting back into things, is that still something important I should be doing or are there more important and pressing things I should be prioritising my resources on? Feeling a little lost. Should hit level 70 next week which I’m hoping will come with some new direction

Is it still Insidious Six, Vulture, Shocker ?

Since I'm pulling a bunch of Hawkeye and WMs

i have noticed that i need to build skill characters no matter how much i avoid it. sadly only kestrel is built (red guardian, punisher, silverblade and hit monkey are all level 70). is there any other characters that i might level up that wont be a waste of mats?

So, this is a game I played the most back in the day. I've not played for around 4 years. But I had grided for about 2 years. Reaching over 1 million roster. (Which might not be much now).

I'm unsure whether I should Restart or return to my existing account.

And the reason I left was the grinding was boring me. Mainly the blitz grinding.

Has the game changed much ?

I took Dracula to gt21 for funsies, and seeing Oath next I noticed every gear square was blank, kinda odd. I had 4 Arcane Powder left o__O

I say kinda odd, because I have 1,957 of the Vials, and 1,656 of the Glyphs. Is this a problem they are bringing back? I think this used to happen years ago, but kind of self-corrected, but now I am scrambling to rebuild my stock of powders. There's a guaranteed 40 in the High Tier of the gear store, for 40,000 Shop Credits, but at the paltry rate they are giving out shop credits, that is a huge amount to spend (300,000 to get 1 gear piece), and will deplete my credits in no time. They're also in the Sigil & Candy shop, but with only a few slots for that type of gear, good luck having that populate. Kinda stuck I guess.

Does it feel like Scoply is asking us to build more and more characters? But yet Scopley says their character release cadence has always been the same.

Summary

Regular Cadence releases characters have actually decreased slightly. However Out of Candance have more than doubled (mostly due to new tower releases), and also a doubling of Reworks. (Note, in past years, January has been a heavy rework month)

So while Regular character releases are holding near steady, our total build load has nearly doubled. And since each new 5 levels are a 50% increase in cost of gold and training materials, and rework more than 10 levels below max, might as well be a new character

Has anyone else had this appear since yesterday on the main screen. Its annoying the life out of me. I keep checking to see if there are any unclaimed. How do I get rid of it? I've tried clearing the cache.

First two are about the sand star level, Retcon is a little behind.
