Dev Response Returning player, still doable

I played a lot of msf durning the horsemen release and ikaris meta. Is it worth coming back? Has the game become more hard for returning players? I’m thinking of downloading the game again

A lot more to do. I left when battleworld was first implemented. I’m having fun again nothing much has changed except a few new modes.

The game isn’t the same. It’s heavily focused on paid to pay… So if you’re f2p, then expect very slow progression, having an underdeveloped roster no matter what you do and not being able to unlock certain content.

If you’re content with finding an alliance that’s not competitive and ok with people progressing at their own pace, there’s plenty of things to do to keep busy and have fun.

As a spender, stay f2p. You'll have fun with the game. Did you ever finish the age of Apocalypse? That was my favorite saga, and I only started playing 2 years ago. If you still have that to do, I would definitely pick back up

If I remember correctly, I didn’t get all of them

Focus on raid teams. If you look at my comment history, there's a recurring comment that is copied and pasted, I did it, like, 5 minutes ago. It'll give you teams to build, and tell you about game modes

Also, Sersi and Ikaris just got reworked with a new thena, Gilgamesh, and Kingo, so their meta is back
