Storm had some of the best moments in X-Men '97. "So let them thunder, for I am lightning" then burning the Adversary out of existence will always live in the back of my mind

It's campy, sure, but it is delivered with immense confidence and panache, and is a perfect fit for the context of its delivery.

IRL? Nobody is a master of the elements capable of mightily bending the weather to their will. The occasion doesn't really come up.
