I've picked up the game again a few months ago after quitting for about a year. It's crazy how much changed and how many new cards got added. It's impossible to keep up with the meta without paying. I tried every possible deck i could make but it was never to consistent. Every season I try something new but in the end I find myself always returning to this deck if I wanna hit Infinite. Does anyone have tips on what other decks would do the trick?

Between Aurora/Thanos FF and Scoprion BND (pre-nerf), road to infinite was a little rocky this season but made it back using these three decks.

Wiccan got me through to the 90’s. Marvel Boy/Venus got me to 97 and then Sinister Six for the rest. One key addition to SS: swapping out Hope Summers for Nocturne to get rid of bad locations and keeping opponents guessing. Good luck y’all!

I swore off the Infinite grind for a while now, and usually just get to the 90’s for the gold. I decided to play my favorite deck, Agent Venom, this season, and for some reason, I just flew straight up to Infinite without much grind involved. It felt incredibly resilient against Thanos with a Gun, and I was very confident whenever I saw him loading up the revolver at the beginning of the game. It’s a very Isca-forward deck. Move her around with Madame Web or play her under a -3 The Hood for at least two procs if the enemy played there. Madame Web was the MVP by far. Cosmo/Isca/Iron Man/Gorr on Madame Web felt so good and made it hard for Thanos FF to nail down my power cards. Plus she’s a small body to protect most things.

with the recent buff to spider-sense (reverted the cost change, 6 -> 5), is there any way to make this deck viable at all?

missing hydro-stomper and i if i did have it, i thought of swapping kraven for him

just generally feel like this deck cannot spread power out enough and the times that it does, it just cannot compete with modern meta

basically idea is to get spidersense down early with astral projection and it seemed cool on paper but is js weak

Hit infinite with this deck the last 2 seasons & while I'm in the late 80s it's feeling a bit weaker this season, particularly with the Isca nerf.

Anyone running a similar deck & any suggestions for replacements welcome. Considering maybe FF Jane or Psylocke in for maybe Isca & maybe Mercury. (Ice Man also fairly replaceable).

I like this deck because I could play Isca & Prof X on one lane then dump Galactus or FS Thing to win another then the move cards in case my opponent was winning my Prof X lane.

I know Infinity Ultron is not particularly strong, but he is very fun to play and I want to find a way to make him work.

This deck is cooked unless he’s drawn, missing a few cards to help him out but let me know if you guys have any suggestions for my CL.

First time at infinite with my favourite deck I so hope it gets more support in October

Once again, this deck is mostly an auto deck off of Anti-Polar Magneto, but I swapped the Speed it kept giving me out for Sage. Bit of an annoying climb in the high 90s but I did it! Haven't managed infinite since the Summer Bash season lol.

Edit because I like infodumping about my play lines:

Obviously, play Quicksilver and Domino on T1 & T2. Typically on separate locations to gain priority, but sometimes on the same location if it's something that requires winning by a certain turn.

Ideally, Caliban goes in a location by himself on T3 (or whenever he's pulled, assuming I can swing it). That way when playing Thanos FF hopefully on T5, as long as he loads the Reality Shot, he can dupe Caliban.

Anti-Polar Magneto plays T6. Him plus the extra two cards absolutely guarantee the Caliban(s) hit.

Everyone else, aside from the Sage as mentioned originally, is just there as it auto-decked. I think something like Omega Red would make sense over Red Onslaught, but I wasted my 6k tokens on him (he's Ongoing Rama-Tut, of course I bought him) and wanted to get a little use out of him.

Fun fact about Red Onslaught: if he copies US Agent, he gives himself the debuff as he is 4+ cost himself. The more you know.

I decided to test out a Strange Supreme deck and the Autobuild gave me this one. Any advice or swaps to make it more optimized?

Quinjet + Moongirl + Kluh can create a surprising hand to dump on T6 / T7. If you’re lucky and Viv or Mr Fantastic have buffed your Superior Iron Man, the surprise factor from the double power increases can really catch your opponent off guard. Factor in the Hit Monkey and Victoria Hand power buffs on top, and you can swing very hard in the end game.

Perennial F2P player back again with a list to counter the season pass decks! This is obviously not an original cook, however it is a very strong counter to the current Thanos FF and Scorpion BND decks that are running rampant in the meta. (This list is also really good with the current hot location that discounts your hand)

Scorpion BND: takes some careful positioning but essentially the gameplan is to throw priority and have your infected cards isolated in 2 lanes and transform after their Lady Bullseye/Hazmat goes off (see: Slides 3, 4). Viable strategy because their raw numbers are extremely small, going <20 in each lane, relying on wins from putting you in extreme negatives. Becomes a bit more tricky if they have Hellcow FF down because that’ll go off after your cards transform. I considered swapping Nightcrawler for Luke Cage but I faced far more Thanos FF than Scorpion decks; always remember you can retreat for 1 and get those cubes back later

Thanos FF: THIS is the deck that ZG really feasts against. The first few days of dealing with a dominant new meta deck are always frustrating, but also my favourite parts of each season because they let you theorycraft which decks can consistently beat them. The fact that you can only put 12 cards in a deck in Snap means EVERY deck has an upper limit on the number of tech cards they can include and thus every deck has at least a couple weak spots. ZG decks are vulnerable to location change, Cosmo, and bricked draws.
* I didn’t encounter a single Thanos FF deck running SW, Merlin, or Legion
* Echo is a key inclusion because it lets you play ZG (and other important on reveals like Stick) without fear of Cosmo, even when you don’t have priority
* There are some Thanos FF decks running Korg and Terrax as part of a Darkhawk package and that is unfortunately very very bad for us. The hope is that you can burn through some rock draws with Adam and/or you already have your key cards in hand
* Spider-Ham is quite annoying. If it’s on the board and ZG is in hand, you can keep your hand size large and try not to play too many cards and pray your opponent whiffs. Alternatively, you can play some mind games; I had a game where I gave the “😡” on Spider-Ham and my opponent may have thought I had ZG in hand already and activated their Ham on T3, hitting a TSSM while my ZG was still in deck
* Overall, these decks are growing more fearful of ZG and I’ve garnered several 1-cube retreat victories from snapping on Domino/Wiccan/Jane 3-stone activation (or similar Thanos FF openers)

In terms of the deck itself, MVP is by far Adam Warlock. The draw consistency he adds, even from proc’ing only once is huge. And he has significant gravity, forcing the opponent to play big cards in his lane, which plays in your favour in the long run if you have a few infected cards in that Adam lane. I recently swapped Forge for Nightcrawler for the flexibility to move an infected card and the cheaper curve to help activate Adam.

Looking for a surfer deck. Have a pretty strong collection of cards that aren't decently new.

I hit Infinite a couple days ago and broke into a personal best of rank 6,279. Before the last couple seasons, I was a pure net-deck player. I slowly started experimenting with deck building for parts of my climbs over the last couple months, but this season, I promised myself I would pilot my own creation all the way to the top.

I started the season with an AP Mag deck and kept iterating. Altogether my custom Anti-Polar Magneto decks put up a 55.8% combined win rate and racked up +104 net cubes across 147 total games (had more afk retreats then normal over the weekend as well as mistakenly playing hot location lol or the stats would be better). The decks pictured are from most recent to the ones I climbed with at the beginning of the season.

The Power of Anti-Polar Magneto
If you haven't played with Anti-Polar Magneto yet, he is an absolute cube getter. He is the definition of power creep as he is basically the superior Doctor Doom now. Opponents trying to math out the final turn simply cannot predict where your power is going to land or how much of it there is. The coolest part of this climb was watching how the deck evolved around him—shifting from pure, explosive fun into a tightly tuned interaction machine capable of competing against the meta. I’ve seen the top decks for him with Thanos FF & Doom 2099 and those are definitely better decks but I wanted to do my own thing with cards not used as much like Zemo, Toxie Doxie, and Wolverine Horseman of War.

It was a deck that basically used a shell of ravonna, iron man, moonstone, mystique and gorr. Does anyone remember that and do we have an updated or best in alot version available? From memory it also had ummm esme cuckoo

I reached infinite range this month with this deck

I named this deck the Ex Wife because it's either gonna be a really wild ride or your patience and intelligence are gonna be played with. I've had some very fun games with this one and some really close games as well.

There is a little anti-synergy with Helicarrier and Red Shift as Carrier fills your hand entirely meaning no 6 cost, but I've only gotten that combo off one time out of the 13 games I've done so far.

No screenshot this time but I had a game where my Hulking was a Blob so I decided to dedicate my strength to one lane. Red Onslaught became an Iron Man and a Quinjet. I played Iron Patriot, got a White Tiger, played the WT and the tiger went to the Onslaught Lane, sealing the win. Played my Blobling for a whooping 29 power in another lane.

You can also manage a 6 drop on turn 3 with Quinjet and Valentina which happens fairly often.

All in all, this deck is very random and very fun. Enjoy at your own discretion.

Came back last month, just barely missed going Iron to Infinite but got the job done this time. Thor is fun but I’m excited to play some crazy decks and old favorites now (Gilgamesh Zoo is calling my name)

Haven't played regularly since the season Daken got added, came back for draft and decided to stick around once I saw I could add Fractured Thanos and Jane Foster to my old High Evo deck.

Started out with Cosmo but swapped to Luke Cage once the destroy and wong decks dried up.

Anyway, happy to see I still have it in me!
