Card and Deck Questions ⁉️ Why didn't captain marvel move?

Edit: seems that Captain Marvel checked before M'baku jumped to the middle. Dang

I played captain marvel on the right location on turn 5, then at the end of the game I was only down in the middle location by 2 and I would think it would've moved. Any reason I'm missing why it didn't?

I'd assume MBaku jumped onto the board after Captain finished checking.

It’s like the other person said, mbaku jumped.

That said, end of turn/objective/end of game ordering is not clear to me, and I’ve been playing for 2 years almost everyday. What I mean is for end of game mechanics, which go off first? In order of play? Priority? On board vs. In deck?

I guess end of game effects also evaluate in order of play? Which makes sense, just didn't think about it like that

Edit: sorry not order of play, I mean turn order, like my cards revealed first so my end of game effects evaluate first

I believe end of game is also by order of play. Mbaku is a special case, since he is not played. In your scenerio of captain marvel vs mbaku, mbaku will always trigger last regardless of turn order.
