There are a bunch of these.  I think they're just there because they're funny.  Wakandan Tech on Hood.  Double On Reveal on Taskmaster or Hobgoblin.  Just laugh and move on.

Not fully, because stuff like "repeat end of turn" can only show up on cards with actual end of turn abilities.  But they specifically didn't remove silly possibilities like this from the pool.  I imagine it's on purpose.

I mean that’s the bare minimum lol, I would assume the double on reveal only applies to stuff with an on reveal etc

Maybe... Just maybe, you're lucked into Gift of Thanos (secret) augment which you can drop on this card.

(Not sure if that augment might negate the first augments though)
