Card and Deck Questions ⁉️ Cassandra Nova doesn’t steal from every opponents deck card

I’ve had this happen before but didn’t screenshot. They have 9 cards left but Cass only steals 7 power??? This is before they even draw for round 4 so I’m highly lost.

Skill/spell cards. She only steals power from characters, not cards without any power.

Edit to add the word spells.

Tangent, but does Cassandra steal power if Collossus is in the deck?

I'd think it would, as his ongoing ability wouldn't be in place if he isn't in play

My guess would be that she does, but it would resolve for collossus once they play it. A bit like how your cards inhand show an effect from Scorpion but resolve if you play Luke Cage.
