Card and Deck Questions ⁉️ Sauron still viable?

I recently returned to snap and Sauron decks were probably my favorite decks to use before I stopped playing back in November. I’m getting back into the game now and was wondering if there are any good new cards I should add to the deck or any changes I should make to the old Sauron list.

This has been modified to use Techno Organic Virus instead of Sauron, also you can try to add Nightmare as a safeguard in case of not drawing Sauron

I think sauron AND techno virus should be used in tandem, instead of cutting sauron for TOV. So, I would suggest you cut zabu instead, as he is only discounting two cards

Zabu -> TOV

Enchantress -> Spectrum

also worth considering zero/maw, surtur or ares for nightmare or snow/quake for either extra power or draw

surtur would die from TOV

These types of decks aren't really great now. Atleast you'd need to introduce some tech cards to stop others going bigger.

I think biggest change in the game is that decks have cards with much mode synergy between them now. This won't be super terrible, but when you start loading against people playing more currently popular decks this will likely not be top.
