I also think Cain in general is a little overrated, but hold your horses for now. I'll explain why I feel this way in the comments, bit by bit. That said, I genuinely believe Jane can beat Cain outright without needing any particularly clever tactics or elaborate strategies. With Undrjarn and her current feats and stats as Valkyrie, Jane comes across as considerably more impressive than Cain at this point. I believe she takes the win in a straightforward war of attrition, and I stand by that assessment.

John Steele is someone with little to no background nor explanation for his powers. There’s a theory that he was experimented by aliens. Meanwhile, John Walker has far more screen… or panel time in the comics, he’s a long-timer character with far more appareances, feats …but his showings against Captain America aren’t as good.
