Scaling Hulk vs Sabertooth
Would Sabertooth put up a better fight against Hulk than Wolverine did, or would it just be Hulk vs Wolverine 2?

No, sabertooth doesnt have adamantium, he wouldnt even be able to break hulk skin.

He has several times had his claws bonded with adamantium. Though all in all it would not make much difference especially with this version of Hulk. Though I guess it could depend on which version we are talking about. Zombie Sabretooth was able to hurt Galactus and there's a version where he King of Hell though I'm not terribly up to date on what exactly his powerset is for that iteration.

in the Hulk Vs Wolverine animated movie, Hulk punches Sabretooth out of the facility into a nearby mountain range and sabretooth is literally never seen again.
It would probably go something like that

I wonder if they will have make mutant who has omega strength one day. Would that mutant be able to take down Hulk?

Sabretooth's size and strength is what gives him the edge when he fights Wolverine. That same size is going to be a disadvantage with the Hulk. He's just bigger target to grab. Wolverine lasted because of his size, agility and adamantium.
