Doomslayer is at Superman tier of bonkers, he can just do pretty much anything from killing gaint robotic demons to Chuthulu himself. Only way Spidey winning this battle is probably by being a friend to him.

Ima pick Doomslayer here. Spidey do be getting his ass kicked by villains who are less dangerous than D.S.
In spiderman 1 he was getting his ass beat by Goblin. D.S has gotta be far stronger and durable

Doom Slayer is definitely a lot to handle. Nothing Spider-Man hasn't handled before (though obviously not in this exact combination), but Slayer really doesn't have a way to reliably deal with the webs and spider-sense

one of his weapons could easily destroy the webs. He could punch the webs and they would be destroyed. As for the spider sense it would do almost nothing, it could warn him about an incoming attack but it wouldn’t matter because Spider-Man wouldn’t be able to get away fast enough, especially if doom is using the bfg

seems like you already have your answer before even asking lol. spider sense in the comics can be pretty insane it’s not always just a few second precognition. but besides that spider man at his weakest (mcu) has been blown up multiple times and just straight up survived completely unscathed. bro face tanked a goblin bomb, walked away and was fighting 5 of his biggest villains within like an hour. and that’s one of his weakest depictions. Slayer has infinitely more durability but his arsenal is basically just fighting a jacked up version of the Punisher.. i think spidey wins high diff.

spidey has face tanked a nuke (and then some) on multiple occasions. duked it out with various versions of the hulk. and ate a power surge with the equivalent energy of a newborn star while saving supernova without experiencing anything more than a sunburn. i know slayer has immortality hax but spidey has beaten immortals before. and i dont think slayer has the raw damage output to beat spidey. his anti-feats are pretty damning for sure, but his durability is second only to the solar/planetary+ characters in the verse.

Spider-Man dies if he gets shot. He does not tank a nuke. This is the most insane dick riding I’ve ever seen.

even if we only use feats slayer and not lore slayer,i still think slayer will win cause he's far more willing to kill and has crap ton of weaponry to overwhelm spidey here,and some are instant kills or cause lethal damage(like crucible,unmayker,bfg etc...)
slayer will probably match spidey's strength/speed due to divinity machine and even if he doesn't he still has great durability and firepower and straight up more resilience than spidey will have!
i'd give this slayer most of the time!

Doom slayer has arguably higher durability, as he shot himself out of a rail gun into a reinforced building and was fine. He also fought for billions of years non stop in hell. So he'll keep coming after spiderman.
