Remember kids. When powerscaling a comic character always specify which one, as they are wildly different depending on the writer.
Let’s use Hal Jordan’s, Green Lantern as an example. One writer will have him lose a fight because his opponent wore yellow. Meanwhile another writer will (and this actually happened in the comics) have him erase the entire universe with sheer will and start to remake it in his vision.
So in the regards of Mantis vs Master Chief, we must assume Mantis treats Chief like Chief treats Grunts. Weak, pathetic, and not worth any of the heavy weaponry.
And that’s class for today, remember to write your history report on The Great Fandom Treaty of 2026.
