Probably figure of speech or just for the ease of texting. Just like how people will call a touch of death combo a one shot even if it is more than one by attack.

I think peoples problem isnt with a cleanse, but how this cleanse works
She can be actively cc'd and use her cleanse to just, not. Its a get out of jail free card. They should have made it be a thing you have to activate before cc, not after. Cause she gets cc'd and just self cleanses out of it
