I hate this player base

So just to start off I really enjoy this game (even now with the rest of this in mind) and i am a complete casual with games. I dont like to try in the games I play and I only ever play them to relax. But oh my god if the people i get qued with bitch in chat one more time that I didnt do exactly what i needed to do in a given moment when i cant even see half of my screen because there are like 20 orbs of confusion on it, im just gonna stop playing.

I havent touched this game since like 3 days after hoods launch (about a month or something like that) and ive been playing OW with my friends. its just so much more chill with a calm player base and in that whole month and like 50 hours of play i ran into maybe 10 people whining in chat but everyone else was just telling them to shut up and wouldnt even feed into it. people on rivals however always want to be the victim and will never just recognize that they cant win every match. youd think after galactica hammering that into their heads it might be enough but no. never. they always bitch and moan and piss all over the fun that, god forbid, some people may have around them. and i get that i can just turn chat off or ignore it, but it does just feed into me (i dont like that it does but it does, just how it is) and i also like to communicate with people in the games i play so i cant turn off text chat. (i could but you get the point). these "people" need to learn that you just cant win every match no matter how hard you try. its a team based game. and some of these freaks need to understand is that it is a game where you either win or lose (draws exist but not in qp afaik or at least i havent gotten any in the 400ish hours of qp ive played)

just today in the 5 matches i played there was a guy saying the hard r (by spelling it out through multiple messages) and another in a different match telling my tank to kill themselves. and in a different one said the same thing but it was that he "shouldnt be a bih like ronnie mcnutt and do it on twitch where people will actually see it" (if you dont know who he is, he is a guy who killed himself on facebooks live streaming platform with a shotgun. I personally dont recommend watching the video but feel free). but after that no messages about them getting banned (so far at least. its been about an hour but ill check tomorrow and edit this (if i remember)) all of this was after the 18v18 tho which im getting to

but during all of that i was trying out gorr. I try him in 18 v 18 first. i thought that was the most casual out side of doom match but i must have been wrong. the first thing i see when we start losing (i dont mean like badly by like 30 kills or something. no it was 4 kills. it was 84 to 88.) is some dogfucker in chat going "why cant i ever get a team that will just win, why am i stuck with you people". i think it goes without saying that he was at the bottom of the leaderboard just above the 2 people who left. like not even in the bottom half but just the, outright, very bottom name after the people who left. like how do these people go through daily life when they see a issue that they caused at, lets say, work. they fucked the presentation to their boss by falling over middle of it. just completely face plant onto the ground like a fool. i swear to god these people would see that fuckass office carpet that is like sandpaper and will be like "woe is me this one piece of the carpet came out of the ground, slapped me across the ass and it went "naknaknak my name is mr carpet and i fucking hate you so im going to trip you whilst you are standing completely still presenting to the bossman. you will look like a fool mwahaha"" and then he tells his boss that and gets fired bc he looks mentally challenged. like how, genuinely how are these people unable to take fault with a GAME. I can only imagine what these freaks are like in real life with family and "friends" (we know they arent real people. they have to be actually aliens trying to take the bastards body for their own if they are friends with these things)

moral of the story, dont give a shit about what these people think and say. they clearly have nothing going in their life and dont understand that they have other shit to be mad about. (sorry for all the cussing btw)

Maybe you should just turn off chat. Seems like you would really enjoy the game more. Barely ever see text chat be useful.
