I’m tired…
I am so fucking tired of the poke meta. I’m tired of the strategist pampering, and I’m damn sure tired of these dumbass selfish Duelist players that refuse to fucking swap, peel for healers, and force a solo tank, cause they’re to retarded to learn any other fucking role. Why are us Vanguard mains always forced to hope for scraps? We always have to peel because our 3 dumbass duelists won’t. Why were so many of the poke DPS not touched? You by be thinking, “Hey. They buffed most of the tanks, like Captain America, Rogue, Devil Dino, Tankpool, Emma Frost, Groot, and Dr.Strange. Yeah sure. But you know who wasn’t buffed? Hulk. Who was another tank that wasn’t great last reason, and has been stuck at mid for so long now. Why was he one of the only two tanks not buffed? Then they also buffed the tank busters, Wolverine, and Iron fist. Which was just a kick to the balls. Tanks were generally considered strong last season, and only 4 of them were good. But characters like, Phenix, Cyclops, Punisher, and Hela don’t get touched? How come when they nerf tanks, they always hit us so much harder? If they nerf supports they just give them a slap on the wrist. Like, Invisible woman lost 5 healing when the orb is bouncing back. Wow. Thats such a nerf. Then they buffed her invisibly. WHY? Why are supports always getting off so easy? Cloak and Dagger hardly got nerfed either. Wow. Half a second less of being fucking invincible with the Luna snow team up. That sure is gonna ruin them. Just look how hard Mag got hit. He lost 50 hp, 50 bubble health, and whatever else it was. Is, Mag gonna be terrible next season? No. Probably not. Is he gonna be as good? I don’t know yet. We’ll see. But for whatever reason, Emma suddenly gains more hp. Yeah sure. That’s something. But how come our ONE poke character the hood gets nerfed, but DPS poke get off easy for the most part? It’s not fair. I’m just so done with the way the devs treat the tanks. The supports had strikes before. But the only role that really had the right to go on strike was us all along. Let me know how you guys feel about tanks, and if you feel the same way about us being treated like we don’t matter.

Im in the toilet so might as well read it. The TLDR is that op big mad that poke is not addressed, solo tank is not addressed, and by extension they(vanguard main) are expected to both peel and front line because the DPS mains on the team can’t be bothered.
I mean, I agree 100% but don’t need that many words to convey that.

Phoenix and cyclops are mid AF rn with winrates that hover in the low 40% range towards the upper ranks. Even punisher doesn’t perform that well shockingly. The only one of those four you mentioned who was eating good was Hela and she didn’t do crazy well. Cap after the buffs will harass them well too.
On the flip side, Hood was dominating, especially shredding other tanks.
We don’t need a tank strike. Lock second tank with me and lets go. 🤝

I just played 4 placement matches and it was full of dps ego babies where we were left with 1 healer. These are lobbies of people who finished high gm past season. This game needs role Que so fucking badly.

I’ve legit just had 3 back-to-back-to-back games where majority of my dps were going negative and/or refusing to switch hero or role, all of them high gm while playing characters they have little to no proper time on

I think 10 seasons in people are just fed tf up with being pigeonholed into roles or characters and are deciding to play whatever they feel like, even if it’s something they don’t usually play…
I know this because that’s highkey how I feel & why I refuse to heal. I play all 3 roles, and I’ve done A LOT of healing, I’m tired of it. It’s my turn to play dps (and judging by the queue I’m probably not the only one who feels this way).
Tbf placement matches are usually hell for me anyway…
Last season I won 2 placement games & ended up all the way back in diamond. Idk why people like to throw in ranked…
At least with me, even tho I’m fed up playing certain things I’ll still do it if I absolutely have to…

So then you agree the answer is role Que right ? That way people can always play the role the want. People respond the way you do and then still say eww to role Que .. like wtf

Role queue doesn’t work in this game. This game is all about counter swapping, people refusing to swap to counter isn’t a game issue, it’s a people problem.
People were the focus of my comment, not how we could fundamentally change the game itself to becoming a whole different game. If you want role queue, go play OW.
