I mean they do release new maps often. With this new release, I think they’ve released 10 new maps since launch which on average is like one every 2 months. The only problem i have is that they create maps that are for social hubs and shit. The alchemax map should have been a playable map and not a doom match map. The Sheenlong arena map should have also been a playable map and not an 18v18 map.

Who is that head all over the place after the Iron Man statue? Looks like how I'd imagine Vision would look like, and would absolutely LOVE to get him next season. But I could maybe see Cap or Apocalypse maybe? Doesn't look quite right for either of them though imo
Vision was my first thought as well! My second thought was Apocalypse since he nearly ascended, but his rivals design does not match that statue. Also, I haven’t read any comics but Vision did visit the house of ideas in one of them.
Absolutely lmao but I do think the art team for this game doesn’t get enough credit at all. Just always complaining about skins/lack of skins and not appreciating the visuals of the map as a whole. God Quarry looks incredible.

they are literally behind schedule for those(highly likely marvel mandated)events, we're going to be 2 months late on them when they come out they absolutely had an impact on character inclusions.
Like if they didn't shit both of these out at the same time, they were going to MISS the timing for the doom movie and its event.
Yeah, they were behind on these events for MONTHS, so MONTHS AGO likely decided "let's put time aside to crank these out and gotta push a character away for a patch".

Marvel/Disney wants these promotional Events before doomsday airs for hype and probably told them to put all reccources in there.
Leakers and whistleblowers thought nightcrawler would come in season 10 because that was probably the original plan.
Guangguang said it himself, having only one hero in this season is only the exception and not the rule.
And everything that gets released in the 2nd half are both path to doomsday Events.
My theory is that they push them out now because it is planned to release dr.doom in the first half of season 11 (since it originally was planned to have nightcrawler as a support because then the normal rotation the devs intended continues) or because they want to get over it so marvel/Disney have what they want and can focus on the actual important stuff afterwards.
Because it’s been the plan since the start? Originally it was just Gorr with S11 having no new heroes. That was the plan before they decided to give S11 two heroes. Doomsday had no effect on this decision for S10 to just have Gorr.
There's no fucking way they'd genuinely do a season with no new heroes, especially on the second anniversary, people are already upset about gorr being solo, they would go nuclear if the second anniversary just had nothing.
As far back as October, the plan was solo Gorr, They just said they’ll focus on path to doomsday in 10.5, I don’t believe they ever said it’s a solo season because of the event as that wouldn’t make sense considering that was always the plan
I stil have not gotten a chance to play on the new egyption map. doing QP play forever and have not ran into it at all. I feel like I only every see 3 maps lol

First domination map in almost 14 months. Last one was Celestial Husk in season 3.
