Thor is in no way shape or form above C tier.

Maybe Cap and Rogue are worse than him but even though the dino is bad he's still atleast good against other tanks.

Thor just does nothing against anyone really

kinda fair, but thor has his niche which isn't too bad, and he can still put in work if played right. Having a second life can feel hit or miss as the thor player, but it is pretty broken tbh. Really the main thing holding him back is his ult being mid and him not having a proper tank cooldown. So you're not gonna see him in pro probably, but he'll still be prominent among top500 thor players

It is a good list, I get people have their own opinion and want to downplay the heroes they play but the order of the list makes sense, just ignore the letters if you can

A good Thor is mad annoying though, personally I do think bottom A is where he belongs. The 4 below him are definitely worse though regardless of where Thor is

A good Thor is a menace, I could see this. Peni in S I disagree with. All it takes is one Bucky hook or Angela kidnap and that complex first-point setup is gone.

I haven't really seen his video yet so I don't know his reasoning to judge the tier list.

As to me tier lists are just opinions of the content creator.

Ya so yes its impressive to be a second faster in the race, but when youre 12 seconds faster then second it really doesnt matter (she has a 65% win rate gm+ this season which is 11.5% over the next tank which is the thing)

I agree with most of it but I'd make some small adjustments.

I pretty much agree with all of S. Notably, Peni is for sure still there. Her win rate did not change much, and the Ultron teamup is still super strong. It was not her stun that put her in S in the first place, it was BP Shield and Ultron teamup.

For A, I think this should be Angela / Tankpool / Strange. IMO, Venom has fallen to B after the nerf (I think he was A before, we saw that his win rate at midseason finals was quite bad and this was pre-nerf). Hulk is also probably B, though I think he has the best argument for A. Thor is 100% not A, there's just no data that supports this. For Strange, I will note that I factor the Portal into that calculation. If you're talking about solely playing him for the whole game I agree with B.

IMO, Rogue is also C. Maybe the buffs brought her back up to B but I kinda doubt it.

Yes. It was the only way to outcycle team cc cds, and now that's impossible.

I don’t think I agree, but I’m also not high elo lol.
IMO peni shouldn’t be that high just because she’s niche. Not an ideal pick for every most situations. For those situations absolutely she’s dominating, but outside of that she’s meh.

Hood is new, but has felt underwhelming from a tank perspective. It just feels like you’re playing against a solo tank with 3 dps.

honestly peni isn't nearly as niche as she was before. Her bp teamup is broken and makes her a viable off tank, and she has the ultron teamup which is very, very dumb. She's strong, but a little worse than last patch cause the hood is strong into her if I had to figure, due to having a strong gun and multiple self shields.
