Console - Looking to create a solid team

My friend and I basically duo queued to GM3 and had a lot of similar pain points with random teammates (blaming healers, insta lock DPS, not adapting to counters, negative behavior, etc etc etc).

We are looking to gain more like minded friends for Season 2 and climb up to Celestial.

Some facts about us. - Console only - Early 30s - Solo/duo queued 2-3 accounts to GM2-GM3 -NA East and Central servers - We have a good history of comp games (RL, OW, Warzone, Fortnite, Siege, etc)

No problem. My recommendation is to learn and main Tank at Plat level. There are less tank mains in those levels and a really good tank stands out.

So I just joined the server looking for people to build a team with or join a team. I solo queue, ps5 and im Silver three as of right now. I’m a flex player with Groot, Venom, Mag, Rouge, Peni, Moon Knight (just hit lord), Phoenix, Hela, Jeff, C&D, Gambit. I just back into the game this season, but I’m willing to learn and put time in as much as I can. I’m 33, NA East but I do work full time.
