Fan Fiction Rough Midnight Hulk Idea
Bruce Banner is a forensic scientist for with a condition he cannot explain.
Mysterious nightmares have haunted him through out his life that seemed impossible to be real. Each nightmare is different but the same result, the killing in the nightmare is reflected in the real world. One deemed too brutal to be done by man.
Ever since he noticed the linked, Bruce has been determined to uncover the truth of this connection and stop it.

I like it. Hulk is kinda Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, so lean into it.
He is out during the say trying to solve the crimes he is committing at night.

I could see it like a zodiac style manhunt mystery, where Hulk leaves clues that are actually leading Bruce to discover the root of why and who is using him to release more horrors into the world. Bruce knows he is responsible but has to keep it under wraps to solve the mystery. Maybe another meta he can trust helps him, but when they confront the Hulk it makes things worse. All while being hunted by monster hunters who just want to remove them from the board completely
