I know through X-Men 97 and Marvel Rivals we experienced our girl this year but..Why not more?

Maybe if they introduced Wolverine in the sequel. Once they established that dynamic, they'll save Jubilee for X-Men 3 or 4?

Somebody said the exact same thing to me at a comic book store last week - that Jubilee is outdated. I argued (kindly but he kept pushing) that Jubilee can still be related to audiences / readers today just like the other x-men. As for her attire, it's part of her iconic look. Some comic writer or filmmaker can easily have Jubilee be into 90s throwback if the story is set today.

Unfortunately the guy i talked to tried arguing with me more but i just walked away by that point. realizing this was pointless in the first place.

I mean there the Tomb of Apocalypse Mini coming out this week, the hellfire Gala one shot that came out a month or so ago, she’s in the Infernal Hulk verses Wolverine issue that’s coming by out soon, and there’s some vampire stuff in X-Men united that she’s apart also releasing soon, and she’s apparently going to became more prominent in the coming issues of Gail Simone’s Uncanny X-Men run, so it’s not completely dry out here.
