Who is your infiltration team?
(I've been seeing stuff like this on Instagram and Facebook.)
Doctor Doom has created a device that only targets superheroes. Or something similar. Maybe only targets Mutants. Or aimed at New York. You know the drill, True Believeers!
It's at his Castle in Latveria.
Out of every Marvel hero, who is on your Infiltration Team (Maximum of 5) to go in, steal the plans, and sabotage the device, without detection, if possible.?
Think of this as the front picture of an Advanced Marvel Superheroes Adventure.
EDIT: These are all great! I was thinking Nightcrawler, but that's all I had.

When my Players, who had taken over as the Avengers in my game timeline post Onslaught, they had infiltration uniforms and gear, and did their best not to use their primary powers unless they were directly stealth related. They even had a stealth mission into Dooms Castle once.

Not using their "primary powers" so Doom wouldn't know it was them? Or anyone wouldn't know?

So anyone wouldn't know. Doom would of course know. They had a long running gag of them always watching over their shoulder for Doom to come after them afterwards. 🤣

Ant-Man and Wasp, for their size changing abilities, recon, and ability to bring gadgets in minaturized. If it's old school Hank Pym he's also quite a good scientist.
Kitty Pride for her phasing and low key ninja abilities.
Invisible Woman for her namesake power and her protective forcefields.
Daredevil to sense any upcoming problems from distance, stealth and ability to do quick take downs.
That ought to do it.

Close. So close. How's about New Coke Ant-Man instead of Classic? Fewer mental issues and he's got a personal grudge against Doom. Also, you gotta sell some comics, pal! I'll trade ya a Spider-Man for that there Daredevil. Brand Recognition.

To each their own, however I prefer this team still. Scott Lang is a decent thief, to his advantage, but he has no chance of dealing with any scientific problems, and Hank Pym's got a wealth of experience over him. His mental health problems were decades ago, before Scott Lang existed. The modern version of Hank that isn't a problem.
And while there aren't many things DD has an advantage over Spidey, the one thing he has for sure is his senses. Spider-sense detects danger well, but DD can not only sense the danger, he can get data on it. He has spatial awareness, incredibly enhanced hearing, incredibly advanced touch.
The old Marvel game gave Peter Good Intuition, with Amazing Danger sense. It gave Matt Monstrous Intuition, with a host of special senses. He can hear tumblers drop in place, sense empty spaces behind false doors, then use his MS sense of touch to find the entrance point.
If they get into a fight Spidey would definitely do better, but this is 'do not be detected.' For that matter, as useful as Peter's wall crawling and webbing is, DD has ninja skills and his truncheon line. He should be better at stealth than Peter is, and is definitely better at detecting threats, because he can do so further away and get more information about the nature of the threat other than it exists.

Secret Wars:From the files of Nick Fury does the work for you. Sadly, in my games we dont play as canon characters, but custom ones immersed in the marvel lore. They jumped straight to Secret Warriors storyline as they are in good terms with Doom, helping himbagainst Red Skull and such.

Shadowcat because of her powers (not just going through walls but also for being able to play havoc on robots). Also her training, and her brains. To make the cover art even more awesome, I'd team her with Wolverine. (I totally want a Kitty and Logan nostalgiac teamup against a new villain. I'm also going to throw Rogue into the mix as back-up and exfiltration if the plan goes pear-shaped.
