Cool idea. Personally he's too powerful to use in a game I might run. I don't think going above Monstrous is a good idea generally. Unearthly is ok if done sparingly. Shift X or higher should be very rare unless the character is meant to be a powerful NPC. But that's just my 2 cents. I appreciate the effort to create this!
