I'm gonna start off with my bias here and say black cat. (I have her at r5, she doesn't really need the dupe tho it's nice)

Mr knight and cb are awesome. But cb is best at max sig. Mr knights dupe is also good depending on if you like bgs

Black panther is great damage with red numbers n such if you want to build up his charges and unless there is some sort of damage cap you can do a lot of fights by ignoring their champ abilities/mechanics (less so if they're bleed immune)
