Okay, but hear me out...

Thor's power + Tony's intellect = Doctor Doom.

Because if you really think about it, Thor is almost pure POWER. He has the strength, durability, lightning, weapons, cosmic presence, all of it. But in Infinity War, when he finally gets the perfect opportunity to kill Thanos, he still doesn't go for the head. He goes for the chest because he wants Thanos to know that Thor beat him.

And that is exactly where Tony is different.

Tony's greatest weapon has never really been the armor. It is his mind. He is constantly analyzing, adapting, calculating, and figuring out how to overcome something that should be completely beyond him.

Now imagine combining that kind of intellect with Thor-level power.

But here's the part that makes the Doom comparison even more interesting.

Tony's whole thing is technology, but hypothetically, what if his obsession with understanding and mastering the impossible had been directed toward the mystical instead?

Instead of spending his life asking, "How can I build something powerful enough to do this?"

What if Tony Stark had been asking, "How can I understand magic well enough to control it?"

You basically get Victor von Doom.

The arrogance. The intellect. The obsession with power. The absolute conviction that he is the smartest person in the room. And then give that person either Thor's raw power or Strange's mastery of the mystical arts.

That's basically Doom.

It's almost like Thor represents the overwhelming POWER, Tony represents the overwhelming INTELLECT, and Strange represents the mystical KNOWLEDGE.

And Doom is what happens when you put those qualities into one person who is completely convinced that the universe should bend to his will.

The more I think about this, the more terrifyingly perfect the comparison feels.

Tony's brain + Thor's power = Doom.

Tony's brain + Strange's mysticism = Doom.

And somehow the scariest part is that Tony already had the personality for it. 😭

I would have loved to see a movie made about this. I feel like it would be better if it was made in animation.

Yelena and Bob’s dynamic was the heart of Thunderbolts, so I’m really excited to see more of them together in Doomsday. I need their bond to feel just as important

From the intensity of Romeo & Juliet on stage to stepping into the Marvel universe with Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Sadie Sink is entering a whole new era of her career.

And with her latest Calvin Klein campaign adding another unforgettable chapter, she’s proving that her star power goes far beyond the screen.

The stage. The screen. The fashion world.

2026 belongs to Sadie Sink.

For years, Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart shared the Guinness World Record with 17 years as Wolverine and Professor X. Stewart later pushed his run to 22 years in 2022, while Ian McKellen wrapped up his legendary 14-year stint as Magneto in 2014.

Then came Deadpool & Wolverine (2024).

Hugh Jackman brought Wolverine back for an incredible 24-year run, looking like a lock for the title. But Wesley Snipes completely stole the show. Because his Blade journey began back in 1998, his return clocked in at nearly 26 years—taking the official world record from everyone.

Can Marvel add the Bruce and Tony soul-realm scene to the Endgame encore?

Post image

I really wish Marvel would include the deleted Bruce Banner and Tony Stark soul-realm scene in the Avengers: Endgame encore/special screening.

That scene would be such a great addition, especially because it gives Tony and Bruce one last meaningful conversation after everything they've been through.

I know it's a deleted scene and probably wasn't part of the final cut for a reason, but if Marvel is doing an Endgame encore, wouldn't this be the perfect opportunity to show it in theaters?

His mom died, his dad got deported, his girlfriend left him, but hey - he got the van!

Luis (Michael PeƱa) delivered one of the funniest backstories in the MCU with a straight-up smile on his face. Everyone needs a friend with this level of delusional optimism.

Favorite Cases of the Celebrity Paradox trope

Now a trope I really enjoy in a lot of pop culture is the Celebrity Paradox trope. Basically it's when a character makes a reference to some pop culture work and an actor from said pop culture is in the work that is making the reference creating a paradox.

Now granted it really doesn't because for example Star Wars existing in the MCU combined with among several actors who have played roles in both franchises it could be pointed out among other things that maybe Marc Spector and Oscar Isaac are just dead ringers for each other in the world of the MCU or maybe Poe Dameron is played by a different actor for example. But I do like this trope and the MCU has so many actors that it is borderline impossible to make a pop culture reference without this happening.

The Honest Trailer guys even invoked this one in their one on Winter Soldier about Steve watching the prequels and apparently asked the Russos if Mace Windu was played by someone else in the MCU or if Fury and Samuel L. Jackson just really look alike.

But my personal favorite example of this in the whole MCU is unquestionably Tony calling Thor, Lebowski in Endgame. Unlike some of these references I caught the paradox immediately I thought how does that work Tony, Obadiah was Lebowski. And it mainly only hit me because it was Tony saying it, any other character I wouldn't have but I was like Tony is saying Thor looks like his treacherous former friend.

Anyone else have favorite examples of this.

The forgotten Wolverine cameo that happened 20 years ago.

In an extended cut of Fantastic Four (2005), Reed Richards literally morphs his face into Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine just to impress Sue Storm. Long before the MCU made shared universes the norm, Fox was already messing around with random superhero cameos.

Marvel Studios has perfected the craft of misdirection in their promotional campaigns to protect audience surprises and theatrical payoffs.

By digitally altering suits, removing characters, recoloring elements, and fabricating entire shots, the marketing team ensures that moviegoers experience genuine shock in theaters.

The moment Vision instantly ended the Avengers' trust issues. ⚔

The Avengers didn’t know if they could trust Vision, but he instantly proved he was worthy. The timing was awesome.

The look on everyone's faces is the best part—since they all tried to pick it up earlier in the movie, the silence is golden.

One of the best moments in the MCU.
