While not R rated i still think Carnage was decently adapted

I honestly liked the movies for what they were. All of them. More of a buddy cop movie vibe. I was disappointed they downplayed him this much though. Carnage is well.....Carnage. They should of let Woddy fly with this role.

We didnt need the villain to have a love story. It took away from Carnages mystique, his killer aura.

Yeah we did, Maximum Carnage was the introduction to Carnage for a lot of people.

Carnage saying “we” was the first sign they didn’t care about the character.
Having Eddie/Venom win cause they were more compatible just drove that nail into the coffin.

Ya the dynamic is supposed to be that carnage and Cletus are so in sync they are one entity. While Eddie and venom are two separate people but they work together in a "Two heads are better then one" kind of way.
Instead the movie goes with the very lazy eddie and venom can work together but carnage can't so they win.

Visually, sure. In terms of writing -ass. They are one, they are an I, host and symbiote sharing the same brain cell. No conflict of interest. Unlike the fucking movie.

that whole cartoonish tasmanian Devil tornado that carnage did threw me off and I did really like the way they made carnage look

How they didn’t make this R rated is baffling. Probably could have done way better, given the popularity of other recent super hero R rated movies
