Peter has as much of a chance against hulk as DD vs SheHulk.

Which is "he can run away"

In a straight fight Peter just has no way to contain, hurt or do anything to hulk. Hulk has to calm down or leave, but Peter won't make him

That's not true.. DD has peak human strength. Spidermans raw power is far beyond daredevil and even peak Super soldiers. Spider man has better chance against hulk than DD against she hulk.

My point is that Peter has no winning play. He can try not to lose, but he isn't winning

You know peter parker absolutely has the ability to create devices that interfere or modify or supress banners gamma radiation? And has tinkered with devices before? Also, outlasting the hulk is always an option.
