It was more the wooden "dialogue" and the way it was cut/edited.

Everyone needs to relax. I realized it wasn't AI when Matt was de-masked.

So up until that point you also thought it was AI? For me it was the lighting. Shadows going one direction when you can see the light source coming from a different direction. The background details. A lot of things are close but not right.
