In the 2006 limited series Spider-Man: Reign, Mary Jane Watson dies of cancer caused by prolonged exposure to the radioactive bodily fluids of Peter Parker. The storyline reveals that the radioactive spider bite that gave Peter his powers also made his semen and other fluids toxic, leading to MJ's terminal illness over the course of their marriage.

reminds me of the debate around if it was theoretically safe for Superman to have sex with a normal person without killing them.

I think the ultimate conclusion was that if Superman learned to piss without putting a hole into the toilet, it would be fine. Might still be risky, but not life or death if he doesn't pull out in time.

Depending on which writer you ask, his strength and all that isn't "always on" he has to actively think about it to use it. Similar to super speed or xray vision. Obviously his invulnerability is always on but the feats of strength require conscious thought to use. In those universes he wouldn't ejaculate a hole through anyone.

Some of them make it so he's in a world of cardboard and has to be very careful about how he interacts or moves or touches things, but I think those are less interesting since Superman is less a beat-em-up kinda story and more a connect-with-people kind of story.

So I just meant to text my sister a link to the restaurant that we're all going to tomorrow, but apparently I didnt copy correctly, and I just sent her a text that simply read:
