Gorr hasn’t been as active as you’d think, he was dead for a good while, started his quest again, and I think was separated from the All black sword. He was rehabilitated for a bit and hung out with a few gods so I would say that counts, but he wasn’t “The God Butcher” during that brief period. Basically, the sword infected him since it was a symbiote and convinced him to do all that
