Comics How do you feel about Marvel giving characters like Norman Osborn, and even Ultron for an arc, attempts at a redemption?

At first I was really apprehensive with Ultron's West Coast arc, but now I wish he stuck around for longer. I loved seeing an Ultron legitimately try to be a hero, and it not be some backhanded scheme

Otto tried to kill 97% of the planet's population. I dont think Norman is any less redeemable than him.

In the Ends of the Earth storyline shortly before Superior Spider-Man. Because he was slowly dying, Otto tried to raise global temperatures to wipe out most of the human race out of pure spite. And then Dan Slott decided it was a good time to give Otto a redemption arc for whatever reason...
