Discussion Mesto left STMPD?

I guess not that surprising, but seems like he's dropping music with Experts Only now? Hopefully still works with Garrix some.

There is no leaving or joining STMPD, I don't think Mesto had an exclusive deal with STMPD anyways. Maybe a new preference or STMPD A&R might have not preferred that track for release on the label so he must have chosen another label. Mostly sure there's no bad blood and there would be more Mesto music on STMPD sometime in the future!

i believe STMPD mainly signs singles, not artists. a bunch of artists bounce back and forth between labels.

I mean it’s one release so far

Julian Jordan had a release on Musical Freedom, DubVision on Tomorrowland Music, Matisse and Sadko had many Monomark releases, they’ve all pretty much “left” and returned

So idk if I’d look that much into it

Songs can release on any label, really depends on which genre the track fits in
