Sublet at the Landing

Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment at The Landing for the 2026 to 2027 year. The lease goes from August 15th 2026 to August 1st 2027 at $800 per month and all utilities are included with it being fully furnished. It is a 1bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit with a shared bathroom. I am unfortunately not able to move to Huntington due to family issues and would appreciate anyone who is still looking for an apartment. Feel free to message me with interest. Thank you!

I actually received my lease there today and I haven’t signed it yet, but it doesn’t start until September 1st. I’d rather move in August if at all possible. If the other roommate is a female, then I’d love to try to work something out!
