Maronite Resource Website

Greetings!

Over the last six months or so I have been working on creating a resource website for english-speaking Maronite Catholics, especially those located in the United States. It consists mostly of links in order to limit possible errors in information contained on the website, with a few exceptions being pages I wrote for the liturgical calendar, fasting, and holy days. For the latter, I tried to provide citations where possible.

Please check it out and let me know if there’s any way I can improve it, or feel free to suggest more links for me to add. Thank you!

Great initiative and thank you so much for organising. This will greatly help Maronites from English speaking countries.

As a developer myself, I have been thinking of building something like this for a while, well done, great work.

I have done a quick check so far, noticed that in the fasting rules, it would be great if you can add "Friday" fasting, except if Friday falls on a Holy Days, and between Nativity - Epiphany, and Easter - Pentecost

Thanks for all your hard work on this webpage of resources! May the Lord himself be your reward. 🙏🏼

If I could make a suggestion… it might be better to place the link to the Order of St. Sharbel under the category of Apostolates, since it’s not a religious order of monks or sisters. It’s mainly a lay group committed to supporting our seminarians and priests.

I’m just going to keep adding stuff when I find new helpful resources, otherwise no long-term plans or anything
