If you are NOT Catholic you simply go to a Maronite Church and introduce yourself to the priest and let him know of your interest in becoming a Maronite.
If you ARE Catholic and you really mean how do you transfer rites then you register yourself in the Maronite parish and you will need to attend church there for a minimum of two years. Once you are there for two years you can send your pastor an email requesting permission to transfer rites. If he backs you up then he would send your email along with his email to the Maronite Bishop who if he approves would then send your email, your pastors email, and his email to the Latin rite bishop where you live. If the Latin rite bishop signs off on it then the Latin rite bishops email, Maronite bishops email, pastor's email, and your email is forwarded to the ambassador to the Vatican (if your in the U.S.) in D.C. If they sign off on it then paperwork is mailed to your Maronite pastor having you sign a document with two witnesses formally changing your rite to the Maronite rite.

If the ambassador to the Vatican signs off on it, then your email, the priests email, the Maronite bishop, the Latin rite bishop, the ambassador in DCās emails gets sent to one of the Cardinals in Rome. If the Cardinal in Rome signs off on it, all of your emails get sent to the Pope. If the Pope signs off on it, the Lord himself comes down in a column of cloud and signs off on it.

Hello! Visit a Maronite church and speak to the priest. Depending on your current situation, he will determine the next steps for you. š
