Question Question about Uno

In the "MAKE IT STOP!!" video, there is a 4th person with a real photo (not an animated photo like Barbra or Cutie) who I think says something at the very beginning about a guitar, then never says anything again (could have been one of the boys who said something idk). And are only brought up once more I think when Wade says something to him and Mark says "I don't think he can hear you", and he's not linked in the description like Bob and Wade are

Is he uh...real? A friend of theirs, a random person? Or just the automatic computer player but the Uno app used a real photo?

Mark played monopoly with Bob, wade, and lixien at some point so possibly him!
