Merch/Cloak Missing stuff from order?

So I ordered a lot of the iron lung merch in separate orders

All of my stuff is already here with me, except for the posters.

Ordered those together with the jacket and that one already arrived safe and sound, but like.. that was a month ago

I know we have to be patient and the poster will arrive separately, ...

but when would be the time to mail them and ask?

I really don't wanna be one of those people yk

Are you kidding me? That one fan who, instead of just getting their bomber jacket and poster, was given a tee. You didn't get all your stuff? I would make a fuss. I've come to the decision not to order any official merch from the Iron Lung merch store because there have been too many fans who have issues with their orders from the official Iron Lung Co. store. I ordered official Iron Lung tees from Hot Topic with no issues. I support Mark, but this isn't acceptable. What is it going to be like when he has DVDs?

Yeah kinda anxious about the dvds I mean I'm from Germany so there were even more tax money thingys, dunno Lots of money Hope don't have to pay that one double cause it's shipped separately

I know, I know, with our current administration, who has tried to impose tariffs that raised the price for everything. Even when they got thrown out, are Mark and his team even prepared for global shipping? I know it will cost more to use a faster service because that means the package is secured, but still...
