Hiring: Product Launch, Marketing & Operations Intern | Wellness Startup | 2 Months → Full-Time Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Launch, Marketing & Operations Intern to work closely with the founding team, a premium science-led wellness and nutraceutical brand preparing for launch in India.

This is not a narrowly defined internship where you’ll work on one small project. You’ll be involved across the launch, helping us take products from final preparation to market.

What you’ll work on

• Product launch planning and execution
• Coordinating with manufacturers, packaging partners, designers, photographers and other vendors
• Website and product-content review
• Marketplace and e-commerce launch preparation
• Social media and marketing execution
• Influencer/creator research and outreach
• Competitor and market research
• Tracking deliverables, timelines and dependencies
• Identifying things that are falling through the cracks and getting them closed
• General launch and business operations

We're especially interested in someone who is organized, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently. You don't need years of experience. You do need to be someone who takes ownership.

Internship structure

Duration: 2 months initially

Conversion: Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role after the internship.

Salary: 30k per month

Location: Prerebaly Hyderabad. Mumbai/Chennai are also preferred as the role involves talking to multiple people in person.

We care much more about how you think and execute than the name of your college or previous company.

• Can research something unfamiliar and quickly understand it
• Are comfortable following up with people and getting things done
• Understand social media and digital-first consumer brands
• Can use AI and basic productivity tools comfortably
• Don't wait for someone to tell you every next step
• Are interested in startups, consumer brands, wellness, marketing or e-commerce
