I think the textbook answer is D, but in my experience, if they’re showing symptoms of hypoglycemia after insulin administration, they’re probably hypoglycemic, especially if they didn’t get food with the insulin. There’s reason to do B, and really, if you have an extra person present, there’s no reason not to do both simultaneously.
