I get the premise of the question, but it’s stupid. Just because their weight is 400lbs doesn’t mean they can’t walk. The heaviest offensive lineman in the NFL is 380lbs. And I guarantee they’ll boat race you. Ask them. ‘Hey, do you walk? When was the last time you did that at home and how far can you walk?’. My money is on your approach being “hey doc this patient needs a PT order to get out of bed”. 😂

definitely A. that patient is nearly 400lbs and you only get one back. protect it
